Important Tips For Your Trip! To avoid any inconvenience, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled trip time. You must present a valid invoice or booking voucher upon arrival. Each passenger must present a valid identification card (Emirates ID, passport, or valid driving license). If you are prone to motion sickness, it is recommended to take medication at least 30-60 minutes before the trip.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations & Refunds Riviera Leisure Yachts & Boats Rental LLC reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unsafe weather, mechanical failure, or Coast Guard restrictions. In such an event, all paid funds will be refunded in full. Cancellation Fees by Client 30% of trip cost for cancellations made outside of 72 hours. 50% of trip cost for cancellations made outside of 48 hours. 80% of trip cost for cancellations made outside of 36 hours. 100% of trip cost for cancellations made within 24 hours. Client's Right to Cancel Free of Charge The charterer may cancel free of charge if the weather is deemed unsafe by the Coast Guard, or if we fail to provide an agreed-upon aspect of the charter. Late Arrival Cancellations must be confirmed before the scheduled charter time. No time adjustment or refund will be made for late arrivals.
